Hello active and retired IAFF Local 731 members!

It’s that time again when we gather to honor the Local 731 members who have recently retired from the fire service. This year, we have the privilege of celebrating Local 731 retirees from the Reno & Sparks Fire Departments who recently hung up their turnouts for the final time.

All current and retired Local 731 members are welcome and encouraged to celebrate these recent retirees over cocktails, dinner, and a presentation. Please join us in showing our appreciation to some great friends and dedicated colleagues!

Event Details

• Date: Saturday, June 6, 2026
• Location: Circus Circus (“Mandalay Ballroom”)
• Schedule:
  • 5:00 PM – Cocktails
  • 6:00 PM – Dinner
  • 7:00 PM – Presentation

Pricing & Payment

• Honored Retirees: Free (You and one guest will be paid for by Local 731)
• Family & Friends: $55 per person

• Payment will also be accepted via check. Please make checks payable to: “IAFF Local 731”
  • Checks can either be delivered to the Local 731 Union Hall, or mailed to:
    • 9590 South McCarran Blvd, Reno, NV 89523

Important Notes:

• NO CASH will be accepted. All payments must be received by June 2nd to secure our headcount.
• When you purchase your ticket(s), you must indicate whether you would like Chicken, Pork or Salmon.

We’re honoring 31 retirees on June 6, and we need your help to make their tributes unforgettable. The funny calls, the legendary moments, the mentorship, the brotherhood and sisterhood — your stories are what bring these retirees to life on stage.

If you served with one of these folks, or you’re family, a friend, or part of the crew that knew them best, please take a few minutes to share what you’ve got. Big or small, serious or hilarious — it all helps us put together a tribute worthy of these people.
